• Additional consultation at 30 days out to finalize your vision and wrap up any remaining details

• Review of all existing vendor contracts and logistics

• Creation and distribution of your hour-by-hour wedding day timeline

• Vendor confirmation and communication beginning 90 days out

• Rehearsal coordination — up to 2 hours

• Full day-of coordination — from the moment the venue opens through the end of the night

• On-site vendor management and point of contact throughout the day

• Real-time troubleshooting so you and your loved ones can be present and soak in every moment
