Hi! I’m Abigail, the owner of Abigail Marie Events.

I started this business because I believe weddings should be intimate and intentional celebrations, no matter the size. In a world that moves fast and wedding days that move faster, I’m here to help couples stay present and create personal memories that will last a lifetime.

You’ll often hear me compare weddings to dinner parties. That’s because I design and manage events around the feelings a great dinner party creates. The food is fantastic, the drinks are flowing, the conversations are lively, and you can feel the joy from the moment you walk in. The kind of event that can’t help but make you pause, look around, and think, this is what it’s all about.

I grew up in the 2000s watching the TLC wedding shows many of us know and love, especially Say Yes to the Dress and Four Weddings. Many years ago, I interned for a wedding coordinator for my high school senior project (see photo of me holding the veil), and I loved it! I knew I would thrive in the industry, and I am so happy to be pursuing that dream over a decade later.

I am a very type A, detail-oriented, creative person who finds equal joy in drafting design mockups and building complex spreadsheets. I love meeting new people and am passionate about creating spaces where everyone feels welcomed and included.
